Brece is a graduate in Wildlife Biology from Grand Valley State University, and has a rich background in family dairy farming and horse training. His professional career spans animal cruelty investigations, zookeeping, wildlife rescue and rehabilitation and farmed animal sanctuary management. Brece is currently the Lead Educator in Michigan for New Roots Institute, where he works to end factory farming by educating and empowering students in local high schools and universities. He also co-hosts the Everybody Hates Vegans podcast with friend and animal advocate, Chase DeBack, where they feature inspiring vegans like Colleen Patrick-Goudreau and Renee King-Sonnen.
