SASHA Farm invites you to enjoy a beautiful Spring Day at our sanctuary – Join us for our Sunday May 22 Open House and Fundraiser.
The past 2 years have been a challenge for everyone at SASHA. Due to concerns about the spread of Covid19, we had to cancel events and keep our staff to a minimum to avoid exposure. March of 2021 was our 20th anniversary as a 501c3, but we were unable to truly celebrate that milestone due to our closure to visitors. In September of 2021, we lost one of the founders and the driving force behind the growth and success of the sanctuary, Dorothy Davies. All of these events greatly impacted the donations we need to continue our mission to provide a safe haven and lifetime care for abused, rescued, and surrendered farmed animals.
Hopefully the pandemic is behind us. We are excited to announce the return of our annual spring fundraiser on May 22, 2022. There will be guided tours, logo merchandise for purchase and a catered picnic lunch by The Moveable Feast featuring a mixed Fruit Bowl, Texas Red Potato Salad, Broccoli and Kale Slaw, and Field Roast Vegan Frankfurters. A vegan bake sale will also be featured.
Most importantly, you can meet our new animal residents, and reunite with old friends at SASHA Farm, both animal and human.
Hours for this event are 12:30-5 pm EDT, and the address is: 17901 Mahrle Road, Manchester MI 48158.
Won’t you join us and help us continue our mission? We can’t wait to see you!
